missing amenities inadequate cleaning
the location was acceptable for airport travel.
The rooms lacked soundproofing, so noise from outside was noticeable. This made it difficult to relax. the bathroom also was not to have been properly cleaned upon arrival, i found hair in the shower, which i found disappointing. basic amenities were missing, i expected toothbrushes and a toilet brush to be available.

friendly staff convenient location comfortable bed
the staff created a friendly environment and offered professional service. the hotel location allowed easy access to the centre. the food was wonderful and the room included an comfortable bed. i found just what i wanted in terms of relaxation and convenience
i noticed the room had slight noise from the street below at certain hours of the day. it was a minor issue but something i noted.

awesome stay! great vibes!
friendly staff perfect location amazing shower
the staff was so friendly and quick! the location was perfect for getting around town. i really liked the design of the rooms. plus, the shower was amazing!
the room service menu was a bit limited, though everything i ordered tasted great.

the location was acceptable with easy access to public transport.
The lift was out of service. Therefore, my access to the upper floors was severely limited. This impacted my overall experience.
